OUR HOLIDAY PROCESS

When you decide to move forward with our services after your Discovery call, we schedule a Holiday Preview. This allows us to see your space and your current inventory. We take photos and measurements for reference.

If you want to update or add to your inventory, we create a mood board for approval.

Design and sourcing happen next. We find the best items to fit the style and budget and prepare everything for install day.

The final step is Installation day! We arrive and set up everything to make your holiday season easy and beautiful. You get to sit back and enjoy the glow of the lights after we leave.
Q: How long will installation take?
A: Our installations typically take 3 - 6 hours depending on the scope of the project.
Q: What do I need to do to prepare?
A: Have all your Christmas and Holiday items ready for us, have the spaces clean and tidy for us to work and move around in, and a shoveled path to the house is much appreciated!
Q: What tools do you bring?
A: We bring our tool bag full of everything we need for installation, ladders, and our indoor shoes for our safety and comfort especially for using the ladders.
Q: Do you offer Holiday Decor rentals?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer rental decor. We work with client owned and purchased items only.
Q: Do you offer decor storage?
A: No, we do not offer storage for your decor items. Make sure to consider your available storage space before purchasing new items.
Q: Will you bring extra items for me to shop from?
A: Unfortunately, we don't carry an assortment of items for you to choose from on site. Any purchasing of additional inventory needs to be discussed and accounted for when booking.
